Prerequisites and Eligibility Requirements
- Admission is contingent upon completion of an ACGME-accredited urologic training program.
- Applicant should have completed all three steps of USMLE.
- Applicant must have three letters supporting application for fellowship.
- Applicant must be eligible for a North Carolina non-restricted medical license prior to starting the fellowship.
- This program is not currently offering VISA Sponsorship
- Applicants for the Endourology and Metabolic Stone Disease Fellowship are encouraged to send a completed application form (available on the Endourological Society Web site) to:
