The purpose of this grant is to (1) assess and describe the current state of oral anticancer medication utilization, delivery, and adherence; (2) identify patient, provider, and systemic barriers to adherence and disparities in outcomes; and, (3) develop strategies to address these barriers to improve access to these agents in order to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.  My role in the project is to provide clinical urological expertise as well as expertise in analysis of complex claims-based data.
