Good mentorship opportunities from faculty, a faculty with representation from all subspecialties, camaraderie and support amongst residents, research opportunities

Faculty with representation from all subspecialties, strong collaboration with the engineering school, excellent research opportunities, strong academics and mentorship
What advice do you have for incoming interns?
Enjoy M4 year, stay organized, make sure to get quality sleep, be nice to medical students (that was you one year ago), and form a good relationship with nursing and other support staff. Also, never worry alone. Your seniors are there to help and support you and when in doubt, always call them!
What do you like best about living in Durham and the Triangle?
Great food, nice weather, and only a drive away to the mountains or beach!
What do you like to do outside of Duke?
Hiking and trying new restaurants
