Nat Barnes Returns as Guest Lecturer at Grand Rounds

Nathaniel Barnes was an invited speaker at Duke Urology Grand Rounds on April 30. He returned 30 years after graduating as a Chief Resident. He spoke on his personal journey from Port Arthur, Texas to Harvard to Brown to Duke where he was the first Black graduate of the residency program.  He also shared his expert perspective on the business of urology and personal finance for trainees, given his administrative work at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston. His lecture was highlighted by many wonderful nature photographs that are a product of his hobby.
